Umrah Visa Form

MOFA APPROVALS


  • As per the regulations, Umra Visa applications will be processed for MOFA with FULL package details only.
  • We accept and conduct only full package programs that include accommodation in Makkah, Madinah and full round transportation. Supplementary services like Mazarat, City tours, Meals, etc. can also be added in packages
  • Group processing until MOFA approval takes minimum of 5 working days keeping. So please consider the weekends in Saudi and your country process the groups well in advance.
  • Cancellation of any visa after stamping will be only accepted by Qasswa after proof of visa cancellation by Saudi Consulate will be provided to Qasswa otherwise full package cost will be charged to agent

ISTIDAFAH


  • Istidafah (Guest who want to stay with their relatives) visas will be processed at the rate of:
  • -$155 per pax for full period of Istidafah
  • -$52 per pax for the partial Istidafah plus the package charges
  • Above Istidafah cases will be processed only after fulfilling the following conditions

1. Request of Istidafah minimum one week prior to arrival date
2. Undertaking from the host before arrival of the guests
3. A copy of the host’s I.D.
4. A copy of the Commercial Registration if the host is a firm or company
5. All contact numbers and address of the host

NOTE: Guests having Istidafah and does not show up on their day of departure, will be reported to authorities as an “escapee” on the same day
